A rising tide lifts all boats.

Tis true.

Water levels go up and so do all the boats, not just one.

And our lives are an equivalent.

Our energy levels, endurance and mood go up…………..

And everyone around us benefits.

They get that better version of us that helps them more in whatever way we help the different people in our lives.

It’s tempting sometimes to think the whole ‘health and fitness’ “thing”……….

Is “another thing” on top of everything else.

To let it slide because of all our other commitments and things and people that are important to us.

But it’s always worth remembering they are the things that benefit from the better version of us.

And the things that suffer when we don’t look after ourselves.
