Now, this isn’t a blog about ‘Jump Around’ by House Of Pain.
Great song as that it!
It’s about when people jump around different ‘options’.
Whether that be where they go to get in shape.
‘Diets’ they follow.
Coaches or mentors they work with.
We see it on Facebook from time to time.
People who have started with us.
Don’t do what they’ve agreed to (keep eating crap, miss sessions, etc).
Then leave and join somewhere else.
Then leave there a month or two later having done the same.
Then join somewhere else for a little while.
Before jumping to the next option.
Always looking for the ‘new thing’.
The thing that will ‘work for them’.
Never quite realising that the reason the other things didn’t work is……….
They just didn’t do what they needed to!
Our success rate of getting people to change their habits and behaviour LONG-TERM (and the results that brings) it is the best we’ve ever seen.
But, we still get the ‘jumpers’ from time to time.

Then it’s worth remembering that the ‘what’ of what to do isn’t what’s holding you back.
What’s going on between your ears is what’s stopping that ‘what’ from happening.
That is the ‘block’.
Address that first before thinking about ‘jumping’.
