I’m sure you’ve heard of “S*ds law”. Also known as “Murphy’s Law’. “If something can go wrong, it will”. Well, there’s all sorts of simpler “laws”. Some fairly informal and observational. Some a bit more “concrete”. And I’m going to go through a number of them over the next few days, in a way I hope you find useful. I’ll start with “Kidlin’s Law”. “If you can write the problem down clearly, the matter is half solved”. The more clearly and concisely we can define a problem that we are facing, the easier it is to find a resolution. Vague problems rarely get solved. Telling ourselves “I’m too busy to exercise” probably isn’t going to change anything. A more precise definition of how much time we need to exercise and where we’re currently assigning our time makes it much more likely that we will work out how to reassign our time to exercise (I’ve literally never had a single person who has properly used the resources at www.myrise.co.uk/time who hasn’t found at least a few hours). “I don’t seem to be able to lose weight no matter what I do” is vague. “I need to consume an average of X calories per day / week” enables us to create a plan to make sure that happens. And the same applies with any other problem we could face with our health and fitness, work or any other area. I’m not saying it automatically makes these problems “easy” to solve………. But a clear and accurate definition of what the problem actually is will make it much easier, I guarantee that. ———- Like I guarantee that you’ll love our 4 Week Transformation and be super glad you did it.
