You’ve probably heard the phrase.
“Knowledge is power”.
Generally attributed to Francis Bacon.
But first recorded in the tenth-century book Nahj Al-Balagha and attributed to Imam Ali (around the year 599 to 661).
And, sure, it’s kinda true.
Especially back then when the ‘knowledge gap’ was huge.
Some knew loads.
Many next to nothing.
The Internet has narrowed that gap.
A high proportion of everything most of us might ever want to know is only a few clicks away.
But, either way, knowledge only does so much.
Without action, it does very little.
Just stored in our heads, it doesn’t benefit us much.
Over the years we’ve seen plenty of people who “know what I need to do, I just need to do it”.
Who weren’t getting the results they’d like.
And many who’ve got in shape through consistent application of fairly inefficient methods.
Knowledge is defintely beneficial.
But without action, it’s somewhat impotent.
Check with us that you’re doing the right thing, sure.
But………
Let’s look more at taking of action.
And what’s stopped us doing enough of that so far?
Much love,
