Well until something or someone proves me otherwise it’s ONE!

 

One chance so we better get it right….right??

Learning to love your self is very important.

 

You are you ……and nothing can change that…I will never be Brad Pitt like my girlfriend will never be Cheryl Cole (Well maybe one day) .

 

Hating yourself is the first step to a downward spiral in life.  If you hate yourself…I mean truly hate yourself you will get depressed….most likely comfort eat and worst of all it will never stop until you listen to your heart.

 

 

 

 

Quick exercise…grab a pen.

 

Write down 3 things next year that you want to be…can be anything…new job…fitter…new boyfriend/girlfriend….help someone do something etc.

 

Now these 3 things I want you to stick somewhere where you will see them everyday.

 

i.e computer screen/fridge/bedside table etc.

 

Now imagine that all these 3 things have been accomplished….imagine it now….feels good doesn’t it?

 

You need to realise that the feeling you just felt…you have the power to do that….YOU!!!!

 

That’s pretty cool right?

You can make that happen but first you need to accept that the past is the past….and the future is something you can control….you have the power….see where am going with this?

 

I am not going to tell you to jump around saying “YES I CAN” like Tony Robins would get you to do. But you get the picture.

 

Take control of that from today and the way you are going to do that is this…..

 

EVERY single decision you make from now has to get you closer to 1 of those 3 goals….every decision….the more you do this the faster those 3 goals will come.

 

Lets say it’s a new job for example…..

 

Tonight make a step towards that rather than watch Corrie. Maybe sort your CV out…talk to friends who work in the sector you want to work in…or start your own business like I did.

 

 

Let’s say it’s to finally get rid of those body parts that you hate and sort out the health you’ve let go – do something about it.
