I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times.
It’s the same that the person who achieves lasting weight loss, body changes, etc isn’t the one who has tried ten thousand diets, but the one who has just eaten healthily 10,000 times.
It’s not the one who has tried 10,000 different workouts, classes, gyms, etc.
But the one who has found one they liked and done it 10,000 times.
If there’s one ‘secret’ it’s consistency.
People argue all day about which way if eating or type of exercising is better.
And we can see there arguments.
But we’ve always said the best thing to do is to find something you enjoy.
And can see yourself doing 10,000 times.
And then do it 10,000 times.
