Little fact for you.
Space shuttles use more fuel in the first 3 minutes then rest of the journey to space and back.
Overcoming the the inertia and getting going is by far the hardest part of its journey.
And it’s also the bit where you see the least actual results.
Just getting up into the atmosphere doesn’t really accomplish anything.
It’s what happen during the journey after that that is the point of the whole thing.
It’s the same with the changes people need to change their lives and bodies.
The getting started is by far the hardest part.
Getting down here and doing the first week takes some doing.
And there’ll be no results to speak of in that time.
After that it’s relatively plain sailing.
So, if you’re already with us, then well done.
You’ve done the hardest bit.
And you’re on the bit of the journey where the good stuff starts to happen.
If you’ve not tried us out so far, then maybe no is the time?
