Longer term blog readers will know I conducted an experiment on myself a couple of years ago.

 

I’d been meaning to do it for a while, but the kids were away and I finally had time.

 

It was two weeks of planned over-training, with very particular nutrition and supplementation.

 

As I expected, the results didn’t come during the two weeks, but in the 5 days after when my body transformed.

This isn’t a trick or a lie.

 

I’m sure some won’t believe is, but it’s their loss.

 

I was inundated with requests that I run the programme for people to do, but just didn’t have the time with work, the kids, etc – I’d waited long enough to do it myself.

 

Last summer I managed to find the time to run the programme for 6 guys for the first time.

Since the last programme, there’s been lots of requests for another.

 

So here it is!

 

It’ll be another mixed programme – the two weeks from Monday 25th January.

 

I haven’t decided on all the details yet, but if you want to be kept informed, pop your details in below – if you don’t enter them now, you won’t hear about it again.

 

But be warned, this isn’t for you if:

 

  • You don’t live or work in or near Macclesfield – it will be run at our club in Macc.
  • You’re not free for the two weeks from Monday 25th January 2015 – will probably involve an early morning session and an evening one.
  • You’re not at least somewhat experienced with training with barbells, dumbbells, etc – a few months of GTP or Advanced programme or a year or so of general gym use minimum.
  • You’re not willing to train ‘balls to the wall’ hard – it was the single hardest training I have ever done. By day 3 I wanted to quit. It affected my sleep. I was miserable. The guys and gals were the same. But – it was worth it! You WILL hate me by the end of the programme – but you’ll love me a few days later!
  • You think you might drop out – I’ll be offering a guarantee on the programme. But ON COMPLETION ONLY – drop out and you lose out. I expect some might and would rather put them off now.
  • You won’t eat, drink and supplement EXACTLY how I tell you for those two weeks.

 

The exact results you’d get will, of course, depend on your starting point.

 

But, I can guarantee that, if you do it properly (and I’ll be there, doing everything I can to make sure you do) you will get the best transformation humanly possible in 2 weeks and you will be astounded by the results 🙂
