Results
I’m not getting the results I want / I’m not sure what to do
Go to the main members’ page (/members), click on the Phase you are in and watch, read and, most importantly, do everything in there.
Phase 1 is to be done for you first four weeks with us.
Phase 2 is done from then until the end of Week 8 AND you have reached 26% body fat for a woman or 20% body fat as a man – ie: keep doing this phase till you have done both of these.
Phase 3 takes you from here to 21% (female) and 15% (male).
Phase 4 from there to 16% (female) and 10% (male).
If you are unsure about how to do any of the things in each Phase, either ask in the Facebook group, talk to a coach, or submit a ticket (bottom of this page).

- Request a ‘Password Reset’ to be sent to your email address

How do I cancel my membership?
What is the cancellation notice?
We ask that people cancel by the 20th of the month to finish that month. This is partly to make sure their is time to cancel your membership and partly so we know how many spaces are available for the following month.
We make this crystal clear at the briefing meeting, in the forms, the T&Cs, etc.
If it is past the 20th, can I cancel my membership for that month?
We’re afraid not – our budgets are very tight and we need to know each month how many spaces we have.
Can I freeze my membership?
We no longer do freezes as we found that they were a pain to manage and people would often forget they were due to come off freeze.
If you want, you can cancel (see above), then re-apply to start in the future.

Payments
Why hasn’t my payment gone through / gone through on a different day?
Our system automatically applies for payments the 1st of the month or the nearest working day. If it doesn’t go through, or goes through at a later date, it will not be down to our end. Please check with your bank. If you have changed your card, this will be the reason. Please update your card details on the session booking system – note: the payment is an ‘Automated Card Payment’ not a ‘Direct Debit’.
The system will keep retrying for payments until successful, so if the payment doesn’t go out one week it may the next. Please check your banking to see if the number of payments that have successfully gone through matches the number of weeks of membership.
If you think an overpayment has been made, please complete a support ticket at the bottom of this page selecting the ‘Billing’ department and explaining which payments you feel were taken incorrectly.
Why have multiple payments gone through?
The system will keep retrying for failed payments until successful, so if the payment doesn’t go out one month, then two may the next . Please check your banking to see if the number of payments that have successfully gone through matches the number of phases / months of membership.

Why is money going out when I have cancelled?
If you have applied to cancel your membership it will run to the end of the phase / month you have requested.
If you are out of this period then the likely explanation is that the system has been attempting to retake previous failed payments (possibly from weeks or months ago). Please check your banking to see if the number of payments that have successfully gone through matches the number of months / phases you have been a member.

Misc
When are the Assessments / I’ve missed mine?
The Coaching / Assessment Days are usually held on on the first Monday of a new phase, the first Monday of the month (unless otherwise specified due to Bank Holidays, etc):
You will receive notification from us a week or two before these dates when the availability has been added to the system. You can book in for your Coaching Day sessions and Assessment the same way you book your GTP sessions – just look for the ‘Coaching Day Sessions’ on the list.
Where possible we recommend you do the Coaching Day session, followed by the GTP session.
If you’ve missed yours, pop down 5 minutes early to another sessions and we’ll do our best to do your assessment then – but this can’t be guaranteed.
Why haven’t I received the emails I’ve heard you’ve been sending me?
Our emails go from a mailing system, not manually from our email programme, so there is a possibility your junkmail may catch them while letting the ones we send manually through. Or vice-versa. Even though they appear to be from the same address. Please check your junkmail first.
If you can’t find them, you may have unsubscribed from the mailing list.
To re-add yourself click here for the system that sends our general emails and submit a Support Ticket (bottom of this page) with your name and email to be re-added to the membership system emailer.
