If you’re reading this, there’s a reasonable chance you got here via Facebook.

Not all of you, sure.

But a fair proportion.

We have run ads on Facebook pretty much continuously for over 100 months straight now.

The total investment has added up to a fair whack over that time.

But that’s what it is.

An investment.

I can directly track the Return On Investment.

I can see how it’s contributed to the success of the business over the years.

How many lives its helped change.

When I talk to most FitPros about Facebook ads (they often ask) they say “I tried that and it didn’t work”.

When I ask what they did, they usually boosted a couple of posts for a tenner each.

And got a member or two of it at most.

Firstly, that’s actually a good return.

They made profit on the front end.

And, more importantly, got in front of someone who’s life they then (hopefully) improved.

But, secondly, they hadn’t really ‘tried’ there, had they?

Like having one salad and stopping because we’re not slim.

Trying meal planning, batch cooking, tracking or any other method for adjusting our food…….

And not doing it more than a couple of times.

Doing a workout or two and deciding we’re not fit enough (when that’s the thing that’ll get us fitter)

Meditating a couple of times for a couple of minutes then deciding, after a grand total of five minutes of trying, that “it didn’t work for me”.

Facebook ads, lifestyle changes and everything else are all the same……

We start pretty rubbish.

Practice ourselves to mediocre, on to ok, to reasonable and, maybe, pretty good.

But…….

Only if you keep going.

Because, as with ads, the return on investment when you get better at these things………

Is massively worth it!

Much love,
