9 days till we open the April trial of the Group Transformation programme – Friday 28th March

##############################

Take your minds out of the gutter you filthy people.

Count the number of apostrophes.

It clearly says ‘Mediating without anyone noticing’.

Because that’s what this blog is about.

We often talk to people about meditating.

Because it’s a great way to help reduce stress.

Which can be a big factor in weight gain and loss.

But, as a society, we have this image that meditating needs to involve sitting cross-legged.

With our hands up.

Humming quietly to ourselves.

But, to us, all mediation is is taking an amount of time to consciously try and empty your mind.

It can be done anywhere and at any time.

In fact, I usually m***tate several times a day.

And both work and home.

Stop it 😉

Normally only for a minute or two.

I just stop what I’m doing.

Make it a quiet as possible (not always possible).

Shut my eyes (if I can) and make a concerted effort to empty my mind.

I might be sat at the desk.

Or lying on the sofa.

It doesn’t empty completely.

But it’s a nice ‘reset’.

I always feel more relaxed after.

And I know that when I do it regularly, I feel better in general.

So – give it a go.

People don’t even need to know you’re doing it.

Try it for a day or so and see how you feel.

You can’t dismiss it without trying it.

Much love,

Jon ‘Regular M***tator’ Hall and Matt ‘Don’t M****ate as much as I should’ Nicholson
