Having written about Roger Moore yesterday, it got be thinking about a bit of ‘Classic Bond’.

There’s an exchange in ‘The World Is Not Enough’ where Q (the last performance from Desmond Llewellyn shortly before his death) advises James.

Q: “I’ve always tried to teach you two things. First, never let them see you bleed.”

James: “And the second?”

Q: “Always have an escape plan.”

Which makes perfect sense.

There’s a ‘thing’ with a lot of FitPros nowadays.

To be anti ‘transformations’.

To be against the idea of a short term, quick results.

In favour of “long term, lasting change”.

Which we get.

But………

Why can’t you have both?

From our experience a transformation can be a great way to get people started.

The idea of losing half a pound a week can be so unappealing to people who have a few stone to lose, that they never actually get started.

Or do and get easily discouraged and stop.

A significant transformation (such as losing 20lbs in 8 weeks, which you can find out about tonight –> myrise.co.uk/briefing-meeting) is an awesome start……….

As long as you have an ‘exit plan’.

A way of continuing that will either continue to take you in the right direction……….

Or keep you where you are if you’ve got to where you want to be.

And, as long as nothing ridiculous is being done, quicker results will be better for the health than slower ones.

3 months of quick weight loss and maintaining for 5 years (and onwards)……….

Is way better than taking 5 years to lose that weight, surely?

Or the same calculation with improved fitness.

While many talk just about ‘long term change’………..

And seem to have zero verified ‘changes’ to show for it.

We’ll stick to our transformations and ‘exit plans’………….

And have hundreds and hundreds of verified successes (last chance to check myrise.co.uk/briefing-meeting if you like the sound of actually getting real, and lasting, change for your investment).

So, feel free to set a short term goal.

A challenge or otherwise.

And work as quickly as your lifestyle realistically allows towards it.

Just don’t forget the ‘exit plan’.

Much love,

Jon ‘Cleese’ Hall and Matt ‘Algy’ Nicholson

P.S. One one bonus point for my middle name as pretty easy. 5 for Matt’s – without googling.
