I always find it interesting how different FitPros like ourselves market what they offer.
I’ve seen the phrase “No need to book” used a lot recently.
With regards to classes, sessions, etc at other facilities and gyms.
I get that it’s meant to sound appealing.
But I read it as “We’ll have no idea if you’re coming or not and aren’t too bothered as long as you keep paying us.”
And “It’ll be run exactly the same if one person turns up or twenty.”
We ask that our members do book in.
Only takes a couple of seconds on the app or website.
If they can’t for whatever reason, that’s cool.
They can turn up and we’ll add them to the bookings.
But we want to know who’s coming in.
And, more importantly, who’s not.
So we can offer extra support to those at aren’t.
And we need to know roughly how many will be in a session to plan, structure and tweak it accordingly.
That’s Group Personal Training.
An instructor doing a workout at the front while everyone copies regardless of numbers, fitness levels, injuries, etc………..
That’s a class.
Nothing wrong with classes, of course.
But there’s a reason they have a 5 to 10% success rate and are free with a gym membership or a few pounds pay as you go at the local leisure centre.
If you want a setup where no one knows your name or anything about you, haven’t a clue if you’re coming or not, know what you’re doing or not or are achieving the results you desire or not………
That part of the market is more than provided for.
If you want the opposite, that’s what we do 🙂
And you can try that out risk free at www.myrsie.co.uk/apply
Much love,
