If I told you that you had to do the following in order to have the body, energy, etc you desired, for the rest of your life, how would you feel?:


Somewhere between 10,000 and 50,000 healthy meals


Between 2,000 and 10,000 workouts


Change that work time snack you love 1,000 to 8,000 times


######### The above numbers vary, of course, on how old you are now ###########


I should imagine those numbers fill you with dread.


They do us looking at them.


Sounds an awful lot of work, doesn’t it?


And that’s where people often fall down.


Looking at the overall amount of work to be done.


The overall weight to lose.


How long it’ll all take.


The key is to break it down.


One step at a time.


The average person spends nearly 100,000 hours at work over the course of their life.


But we do it, don’t we?


One hour at a time.


Concentrate on each healthy choice one at a time……..


Don’t over think it………


And learn to enjoy it and the benefits it’ll bring……..


And that healthy, energetic body that you like the look of will be yours 🙂
