Have you ever told yourself this?
Or a friend or family member has said it to you?
“One doesn’t matter”.
You know…………
One drink.
One bit of food.
One meal.
One snack.
One slice of cake or biscuit.
One skipped workout.
And you / they are right.
In the grand scheme of things, it doesn’t matter.
