I recently did a video in our members group that a lot of people found very useful.

So I’m going to share the idea from it here for those that missed it.

One of the reasons we recently revamped our members site and launched a new app……….

Was to help with our analysis of what people are doing.

We can see members’ usage of the different functions and support systems on there.

And, it confirmed what we expected.

From analysing that and general observations, members seem to fall into three categories.

Which can be nicely represented by birds.

A percentage of members make amazing transformations relatively easily.

Soaring like Eagles.

The majority of people find it to be more of a ‘two step forwards, one step back’ type situation.

Or maybe three and one or four and one.

Things aren’t always ‘perfect’ (whatever that means).

The challenges of life set them back time to time.

But they keep working away at it.

Chipping away like Woodpeckers.

Eventually felling that mighty oak / transforming their life and body.

And then a small percentage of people that join can be represented by the Ostrich.

Head in the sand.

Hoping things will automatically happen as they ignore what’s going on around them.

Maybe coming in for some sessions.

But not setting goals, creating plans to overcome their challenges, working on habit goals, reading these blogs, watching our videos, checking the Phase breakdowns, etc, etc.

Leaving a few months later due to a lack of results.

Saying “It’s to save some money”.

But that’s never an issue when people are getting amazing, life-changing results.

Apart from a few logistical reasons, nearly every member that’s left since the new system was put in place……….

Left having scored less than 10 points on the new ‘gamified’ system.

Which automatically gives them points for the things they’ve agreed they need to do to get the thing they joined for.

So they leave having done next to nothing.

Head in the sand.

If that rings a bell……..

Start ‘woodpeckering’ it.

Do something.

Start those two steps forward, one step back.

Start rolling singles.

Set a goal on the app, book a session, click this link if you haven’t already –> myrise.co.uk/briefing-meeting

The doubles, etc will come with time.

But not without a few singles first.

Don’t be the ostrich 🙂
Much love,
