Us human beings are hardwired to seek out comfort.
To avoid danger.
And that has its place.
It’s part of what’s enabled us to evolve and thrive.
But it’s powerful to realise that we can’t avoid all difficulty.
That too much comfort creates discomfort.
We can, at best, ‘choose our hard’.

We need challenge in our life.
If we don’t seek out challenge that inspires us………
We will attract challenge that drains us.
