You’ll also be able to leave a comment as to why you unsubscribed, if you so desire.

Most of the unsubscribe comments we get are about not wanting to receive a daily email from us.

Which is cool – we’re not a good fit for what they’re looking for.

They are mostly polite.

But, as in all areas of life, you get the odd charmer.

Got one the other day that said “Don’t believe in all this self help bollocks. Stop sending me your shite”.

I always get slightly confused when people say they don’t believe in self help / improvement.

Do they think they can’t be improved on?

That the last thing they learned (probably at school) made them ‘complete’.

And there’s nothing left they’d benefit from finding out?

I’m sure when I was 16 I was alright.

###Or was I ‘all-left’? (shite BGT comedy reference)###

For a 16 year old.

But if I hadn’t changed and moved on since then that would be pretty poor.

And, while there’s tonnes of places you can go to find stuff that will help you progress.

Like this blog for example.

It’s up to you to go out there and get it.

If you don’t help / improve yourself, who will?

In over 12,500 days on this planet, I’ve yet to meet anyone who would say they have every single aspect of their life as they’d like it to be in an ideal world.

Doesn’t mean they are nuts.

Or their life is shit.

Just they recognise that they’d like to make a few tweaks in certain areas.

Like I’m sure you do.

So, keep it up.

Improving yourself is awesome 🙂

Much love,
