In the early hours of this morning Lady Gaga performed a concert infront of nearly 100,000 people with many millions more watching worldwide.

I believe some big dudes also played something that looks a little bit like rugby 😉

## Joking of course – it’s worth checking the highlight out as it was one of the biggest sporting comebacks of all time ##

Gaga started her performance on the roof of the stadium.

Then jumped off.

Like proper threw herself off.

She then sang a medley of her greatest hits.

Including ‘Born this way’.

“Don’t hide yourself in regret. Just love yourself and you’re set”

Wise words.

One of the three principles of RISE (along with ‘Have Fun’ and ‘Improve Every Day’) is ‘Be Yourself’.

Whilst we are all about helping people improve their lives and bodies…….

That never means there’s anything wrong with the “old you”.

You’re perfect as you are.

Everything you need is already within you.

It’s just sometimes we forget that.

We’re not sure how to ‘unlock’ that potential (it might be by clicking this link if you haven’t already –> myrise.co.uk/briefing-meeting)

You don’t need to change who you are.

Just figure out how to allow the best version of yourself to flourish 🙂

Much love,

Jon ‘How do you annoy Lady Gaga?’ Hall and Matt ‘Poke Her Face’ Nicholson
