I found a quote in a book I was reading t’other day that I thought you might like.
From some French dude called ‘Andre Gide’;
“Everything that needs to be said has already been said. But, since no one was listening, everything must be said again”
Which is particularly true in what we do.
Every single bit of ‘direction’ we could give you is available for free on YouTube.
Every exercise.
Every coaching cue.
Every meal plan.
All the ‘what’ of what you need to do to get where you want to get to is just a short search away.
Any FitPro that tries to sell you his / her services solely on the workouts and food plans is to be avoided in my book.
What we, essentially, try and do………
In these blogs………
And in everything we do at RISE………
Is to keep giving the same bits of information………
In slightly different ways.
Because we know the different ways resonate differently with different people.
And that sometimes, we just need to be ‘ready’ for the information when we weren’t quite there last time.
You don’t need ‘more’.
More information, more exercises, more diet plans.
You just need to pick out the ‘critical few’.
The big wins that will get you going in the right direction.
And start doing them consistently 🙂
