I was recording the main interview for the third podcast (out a week on Monday) with Fran and Jeremy from Macc the other day.

I should have kept recording after the end of the interview as they said some cool stuff afterwards.

One thing they mentioned is that they feel that everyone’s in it together at RISE.

No cliques or divisions like you might get elsewhere.

I find it interesting seeing our ninjas outside of RISE.

Sometimes I walk out with them and see some get into £200 bangers and some into 50 grand Range Rovers.

I bump into some in their places of work – we have every levels of employment from students struggling to get buy on a weekend job income to guys running large companies.

We get the opposite to most people.

I’ve often heard people comment that they saw …. in the gym and couldn’t get over seeing them in ‘gym gear’ not a suit or whatever they normally see them in.

We only see people like this, working hard at transforming their lives together.

Everyone’s in the same boat and supporting each other on their journey.

Sweat is a great leveler.

Much love,

Jon “Got a dab on” Hall

P.S. One of our Macclesfield ninjas was telling me they had to go to the toilet more often since they’d started eating healthily since joining us. I’ll cover that and other ‘side effects’ of a healthy diet tomorrow.

P.P.S. If you or a friend want to find out more about the community we’ve created at RISE (we’ve  got over half our members coming to our Christmas Do – can you imagine 2,000 people turning out to the local gym Christmas Do?), you can apply for a free place on our next Briefing Meeting at myrise.co.uk/apply.
