I’ve mentioned a few times for the last few days about writing down your three biggest wins for the day.

Something that I know will benefit everyone that does it.

But also something I know very few will attempt for any period of time.

At most some will say “I’ll just do it in my head”.

Which is an amateur approach.

What we’re looking to do by tracking wins is to create evidence.

Evidence of what’s going well in our life.

Add data about what we can expand on to further our progress.

When the police take down evidence they don’t just “do it in their heads” do they?

They literally write it down.

As my kids sometimes say, “That’s how the pros do it”.

If you were to write down your three wins from the day, this time next year, you’d have over a thousand.

Try doing that and still feeling the same way.

Remember there are always wins.

We might write them off as expected behavior and think they don’t count.

But they’re still there.

The more we pay attention to them, the more we will see.

I got a story about tracking wins that I’m going to share with you tomorrow.

It’s quite full on.

I’m pretty nervous about sharing it to be honest.

I don’t think it’ll land well with some.

But it might help some people question their reluctance to do something that will help them (if you’re reluctant to click this link and try us out, the Money Back Guarantee is there that you’ll love it and be glad you tried it —> www.myrise.co.uk/apply
