1. I understand that my monthly payment covers the following:

3+ Group PT sessions per week

1 x monthly coaching assessment / day with InBody analysis and interpretation and ad hoc InBody assessments where possible

Ongoing use of the RISE website, app, Facebook group and the support systems incorporated therein.

2. I understand that in the combined 1:1 and Group PT packages I will be entering into a separate agreement with my trainer for the 1:1 sessions within the package, which  is unrelated to this agreement and is not in any way an agreement with RISE.

3. I understand that I must book my Sessions using the online booking system, and if I do not, I am not guaranteed a space in a Session.

4. I agree that any additional orders and purchases that I place with RISE (for membership packages, equipment, supplements, etc) will be billed automatically using the payment details I have provided unless requested otherwise. Payment details are stored with Stripe and can be changed or deleted on request. For a breakdown of billings or to delete or change payment details, email contact@myrise.co.uk.

5. I understand that there are inherent risks in participating in a programme of strenuous exercise. If I sustain or claim to sustain any injury while participating in the fitness programme, I acknowledge that RISE is not responsible, except where the injury was caused by the gross negligence or intentional act of a Coach.

6. I understand that for the assessments, a Coach will have to take physical measurements of me. I also understand that regular progress photos and videos may be taken and that these and the measurements may occasionally also be used in marketing material unless I request otherwise.

7. I understand that ongoing memberships (signed up for after any initial finite period trial) will run continuously until cancelled by me or RISE. Memberships continue to roll on month by month after the end of any minimum term agreed to. Cancellation requests must be submitted through myrise.co.uk/cancel and cancellation is only valid on receipt of an email response from RISE confirming the cancellation. No other form of cancellation attempt is valid. Cancellations need at least one month’s notice.

8. I understand that RISE retain all rights to chose which memberships they allow to renew each month and which they may chose to end. All rights are reserved for RISE to select who they allow to join and to renew their membership each month.

9. I certify that I have completed a Pre-Activity Questionnaire form (Questions 1 – 8) which will open up when I try and access the Sessions booking tab or page until I complete it and my answers are true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand and agree that it is my responsibility to inform RISE of any conditions or changes in my health, now and ongoing, which might affect my ability to exercise safely and with minimal risk of injury.

10. Our Money Back Guarantee is on completion of a programme. Ie: Do a pre agreed trial period and don’t love it, you can have your money back. It is not designed to cover people dropping out whilst the programme is in progress. Not dropping out is defined as doing something with the programme in each week of a trial period (doing one or more Sessions, Touching Base and / or setting RISE Plans on the app).
