Some of you will know from previous emails that I used to be an Area Manager for Fitness Agents, the UK’s largest Personal Training Management Team.
I managed the Personal Training in over 20 clubs across the North East and, as part of this, we required to ‘mystery shopping’ various other health club chains to see what they were doing and if that had anything I could ‘be inspired’ by.
I would give them my real phone number and email so I would be kept informed of their latest developments.
Nearly 4 years later, I still get emails and texts from all over the North East.
Interestingly, they always arrive on the last day or two of the month.
When sales targets have to be hit by.
They are always ‘offers’.
So they basically only make any contact with me when they want some money off me.
Same with ‘gym newsletters’ when I’ve been members of gyms.
Only ever related to opportunities for me to give them cash.

Now, of course, RISE is a business.
But at the same time, its something that we have created to help people ‘transform their lives and bodies’.
