On the first Monday of every month we have what we call Coaching Day when members can get their InBody Assessment done with some interpretation, goal setting and accountability.

As well as those who are booked in for a Coaching Day appointment, I’ll ask those in for a Session if any of them would like it doing.

Some do, some don’t want to.

And for the latter category the response is nearly always “It won’t be good”.

“That’s fine” I reply.

“It not being good is the best reason to do it. We’ll draw a line under it and work out what we’re going to do next”.

Members who are successful long term don’t just do their assessment, set a weekly RISE Plan and reply to my messages when things are good.

Doing these things is part of how they get back on track when they’re not.

The support isn’t just there for when things are going well.

It’s there for when they’re not.

Much love,

Jon

P.S. If you’d benefit from somewhere that helps you make a plan when things aren’t going well, not just celebrates when they are, then you can get a half price, risk free trial of that at www.myrise.co.uk/apply.
