Have you ever heard of the Chinese Bamboo Tree?

If you take a Chinese Bamboo Tree seed and you plant it, then not much happens for a long time.

Up to 5 years go by without seeing any growth at all.

Then, sometime during the fifth year, the Chinese Bamboo Tree sprouts.

And boy does it sprout!

It grows up to 80 feet in one season!!

That’s several inches a day.

After years of nothing.

But, of course, it didn’t go from nothing to 80 foot straight away.

It spent years growing deep routes.

A foundation to be be built on.

Before the visible results showed.

Transforming your live and body can be very similar.

You can seem to be doing the right things.

And not much is happening.

Especially if years of yo-yo dieting have messed up your metabolism and made it very hard for your to release fat stores.

But you’re building a foundation.

Spreading deep routes.

Preparing your body for the change that is coming.

We’ve seen it lots of times.

No progress for a while.

Then boom!

For no apparent reason it all starts to come together.

So if you’re doing the right stuff (the real right stuff – not what some clowns tell you) and the progress is slow, then stick with it.

You’re laying those roots.

Preparing for the day when they’ll sprout.

And the visible results will follow.

Much love,
