I was chatting to one of our newer ninjas Vivienne t’other day.

She asked me what I thought he future of the fitness industry was.

Ie: what new things are on their way.

My reply?

“The futures of the fitness industry is what we’re doing”.

Although more training and nutrition knowledge is always good.

It’s not a lack of of knowledge that is the problem.

Everyone knows enough to get themselves in better shape.

They know that less cake and biscuits and more veg would help.

And that they should be doing some / more exercise.

There’s more advanced stuff, for sure.

For further down the line.

But everyone knows the basics.

And are struggling to implement them into their already busy and challenging lives.

More different exercises or bits of equipment aren’t the answer.

Neither is further complicating healthy eating.

The future of the fitness industry is helping people use the info they already have.

Helping them challenge self limiting beliefs.

Helping them change long standing habits.

Helping them change their thought processes.

If you’re already doing the above, then that’s awesome – crack on 🙂

If you’re not, that’s where you need to be looking.

You don’t need more new stuff, we promise you.

If you haven’t already, you can find out more about what we do at our monthly find-out-more briefing meeting.
