It’s paved with good intentions you know?

The people that try and flabotage you?

They try and make you eat crap again or feel bad for not doing what you used to?

The people who talk crap about you behind your back when you’re doing something good?

Those that don’t believe in you?

Who doubt you?

##### They’re all doing what they think is best for them #####

It’s a hard thing to accept.

But most people think they’re doing what’s right.

For them at least.

Their intentions are rarely to be bad.

They might be misguided.

They might like to do things very differently to you.

But they’re doing what they think is best for them.

Realising that (and truly ACCEPTING IT) is empowering.

You start to take these things less personally.

It bothers you less.

You react less.

And when you react less, they usually do it less.

Give it a go!

Much love,
