Do you know what the surest way to forget to do something is?

To just try and remember to do it.

Especially if it’s something that’s not been happening before.

If you’ve meant to do something before….

And it hasn’t been happening…

Then just setting out with an “I know what I need to do, I just need to do it” approach is unlikely to be any different this time.

My coach regularly says “‘fitting it in’ is code for ‘uncommitted as f*ck'”.

Strong language, accurate sentiment.

A more concrete plan…….

Putting it in your diary….

Rescheduling when needed….

Checking in and adjusting….

All of that makes it far more likely to happen.

Not just hoping you’ll remember.

For actual accountability (including when the going gets tough), try out our four week trial of our RISE Together Programme at www.myrise.co.uk/apply.
