We’ve mentioned many a time that we’re not massive fans of making things hard work.
As in the sort of stuff you don’t enjoy and have to ‘make’ yourself do.
We’re not averse to putting the effort in as any of our ninjas attest.
But we’ve made everything we do at RISE enjoyable.
So, the 15+ hour days are something we actually like doing! not dread.
It’s the same with the way we try to get our ninjas working.
Help them address thought processes, habits, limiting beliefs, relationship with food, lifestyle factors, etc.
So it just becomes a new way of life.
Not a constant slog.
We saw a great post in our members only Facebook group the other day.
From the excellent named Ronnie Beaver Senior.
His eldest son is Ronnie Beaver Junior you see.
Ronnie posted:
Sat at my desk chucking to myself because it’s snack time and I’m sat here with a protien heaven bar and a cup of green T if I didn’t know better I’d say I’d been abducted by aliens and replaced with a fitter cleverer self haha
Which we thought was awesome 🙂
The Two Ronnies, as we have cleverly named them, have turned their lives around since they started with us 8 weeks ago.
Both a couple of stone lighter already, they are also fitter, more energetic and, most importantly to us, happier.
Ronnie Senior has mentioned several times that he’s tried all the gyms, diets, etc going.
With little lasting success.
Because it was always hard work.
A constant effort.
And boring too.
At RISE they’ve found a way of doing things that they enjoy.
That they want to do.
And that’s the key.
By their own admission, they’ve both still got a way to go.
But there’s no doubt that they’ll get there.
No interest in going back to their old ways.
It’s just a matter of time now 🙂
So, if you’re already doing something that you enjoy and want to do, then keep it up – just a matter of time for you!
If not, you may want to find out more about our Group Transformation Programme and our FREE ’20lbs in 8 weeks challenge’.
We’ve got a find-out-more Orientation Meeting tomorrow night for those that want to find out more, with no commitment.
You, or a friend, can book a place at myrise.co.uk/briefing-meeting 🙂
Much love,
