I talk a lot in these blogs about what to do when we can’t do everything that we’d like to do.
You know, we don’t feel we can get as many workouts in as we might like.
Oh we can’t eat in the way that we think we should.
And how the majority of our progress will not come from the weeks where we can do everything………
But from the weeks where we can’t do everything but still do something.
Were we still did the exercise that we could.
Where we made fairly good food choices under the circumstances.
We can’t always do whole thing.
In fact, we rarely can do the whole thing.
The key is to do what we can then.
