I came to a realisation the other day.
That I could, essentially, split people that join us into three different groups.
1. Those that don’t really do all that much with the programme.
The odd Session maybe.
But definitely don’t have a look at the Learn tab, Touch Base, set RISE Plans, read the blogs, watch videos, etc.
2. Those that are pretty consistent with Sessions, but don’t really do any of the other stuff
3. Those, to some degree, use all of the programme
And I could probably group the results those people get similarly;
1. Little to none
2. Ok
3. Good
Not in every case, sure.
But in the overwhelming majority.
Our programme has never been just about doing some work-outs.
That’s part of it of course.
If that was the entirety of what someone needed, they’d have probably gotten the lasting results they desire elsewhere already.
Engaging in the other, non-exercise aspects of what we do, isn’t a guarantee of results……….
But it massively increases the chance of them (check www.myrise.co.uk/apply if you’ve come to the realisation that you need more than just renting access to somewhere to go and do your own workouts).
