💡💡💡 If you’re a frustrated yo-yo dieter and gym disliker who would like to lose 10 to 20lbs in 8 weeks while developing lasting healthy habits without having to do boring exercise you hate and give up food you love (with a money back guarantee), then you can apply for a place on the programme at 💡💡💡

Have you ever seen adverts for programmes or other such services or products that profess to help with weight loss………

That say “you can eat what you want and still lose weight”?

It’s only kinda true.

We’re all for not having to forever cut out your favourite foods and live like a monk………

But this has a suggestion that you can eat however you want and lose weight.

Which experience has shown us probably won’t happen.

We’ve tried that for years, most likely.

Ultimately, there are only two ways you “can eat what you want and still lose weight” (or maintain it).

1. Eat the foods you want to eat but in a volume that creates calorie deficit (or maintenance)

2. Change what you want to eat

Most things are based on number one, or some version of it.

And that’s fine.

We can do it that way.

But, from my experience, the best long term results come from a combination of one and two.

Challenging and changing the way we see food.

Maybe changing it from the mindset of restriction and depravation………….

To one of treating our body with love, care and respect.

Giving it what it needs to allow us to live the life we want to live.

Paying attention to what we put into ourselves because of how that makes us look and feel.

Just eating less of “what you want” is a valid approach.

But, from our experience, that coupled with an amount of change over time of what we want to eat…………..

Is the most potent combo!
