Have you ever wished that life was easier?
That uou had an easy life?
I’m pretty sure that we all have at points.
Maybe wishing that life was more comfortable.
But it’s a powerful thing to realise that there’s no such thing as an easy or comfortable life.
That’s comfort and ease are, at best, short-term situations.
An easy and comfortable day today creates challenge in the future.
Avoiding those difficult conversations in our relationships and at work creates greater problems longer term.
The comforts and ease of readily available, high calorie foods today creates the challenges associated with reduced energy and a body we don’t like the look and feel of in the future.
The ease of missing a workout on the comfort of vegging on the sofa does the same.
I saw the following online recently which really sums it up;
“The more comfortable you are, the harder life becomes.
The more hard things you do, the easier life becomes.
Funny how that works.
Discipline today makes tomorrow easier.
Excuses today makes tomorrow harder.
You decide.”
Much love,

P.S. When you’ve decided to take that short term “hard” for longer term “easier”, we’re really good at helping with that –> www.myrise.co.uk/apply
