When you’re faced with a food choice, you only really have three options.
Assuming you’re already going to eat the right amount for that day, you’re left with:
A – It takes you into a surplus
B – You don’t eat it
C – You adjust elsewhere
Or, maybe, some combination of the three.
Any of these are fine.
We’re all grown ups.
Can make our own decisions.
But these, essentially, are the only decisions available.
If it’s consistently A (and we’re not happy with that), then, maybe, we could question the use of B and C?
Telling ourselves there are any other options only confused matters.
Much love,
