One of the hardest things about making changes to our eating and lifestyle………

Can be other people.

They may try and flabotage us.

Wave biscuits and cake under our noses.

Mock us for going for a workout when we could be in the pub, etc.

Call us “boring” and “no fun anymore”.

Suggest we ‘stop making them feel guilty’.

And so on.

We know that’s hard.

Because we’ve been through the same.

We know, to some degree, we all have this need to ‘fit in’.

To not ‘stand out’.

To ‘follow the crowd’.

But………….

It’s worth remembering that the majority of the population are getting fatter, sicker and less happy with their lives and bodies.

Week on week.

Month on month.

Year on year.

Not everyone, sure.

But most.

So, next time you’re tempted to ‘follow the crowd’…………..

Remember………….

They’re mostly going the wrong way.
