I talk a lot in these blogs and in person with people about planning.
Putting in place the steps that will make the changes in people’s lives that they desire.
And there’s often resistance to this.
A desire to “go with the flow”.
To keep things “loose” and “free”.
And I get that.
But often the people I speak to who are most resistant to increasing their planning……..
Are those the most unhappy with their current situation.
They don’t have the body an energy levels that they would like.
And they’re often feeling unfulfilled.
Not massively enjoying life.
Bored.
It can be tempting to see planning as something that’s boring.
And it kind of is.
But it’s what creates future enjoyment.
It’s the first step in fulfilment.
And fun!.
