Far and away the most common reason people give me for not starting on our programme is that they are “too busy”.

And it’s the same for existing members who haven’t been in for a little while.

“I’ll get back to it when I’m less busy” they might say.

And I get that.

I got that people are busy.

I get that from over 20 years in the Fitness Industry.

And from being super busy myself.

But I also get that we’re always busy.

Sure, to differing degrees at times.

But “busyness” is pretty much a given.

It’s how we respond to “busyness” that’s key.

And it’s a powerful realisation to make that………

If we leave starting something until we’re “less busy”……

Then we are planning that, as soon as we get busier again (which we will)…….

We will stop.
