I mentioned in yesterday’s blog that I do keep contacting members.
Especially when they go a bit “head in the sand”.
That’s a massive part of what I’m here for.
Often at that stage, people are feeling overwhelmed.
Not just by contact from one particular person or place like me.
But from the level of communication they receive overall.
And we’re more and more tempted to completely switch off to it.
I’ve had people tell me “I just can’t keep up and don’t have the time to reply to all your messages”.
And when I’ve checked, the messages I’ve sent in, say the last month, would have taken maybe two or three minutes to read and reply to in total.
Out of the 40,000+ minutes that have passed.
And the daily blog takes two or three minutes to read (and we can choose which ones to read).
Same with the members only videos.
When we’re tempted to, essentially, do nothing because we’re feeling “overwhelmed”….
It helps to question how much there actually is of those things.
How much time and effort it really takes.
Because we’ll often find it’s not as much as it feels like.
Sometimes ‘overwhelming’ gets a lot smaller when we measure it.
Much love,
