I got a lot of good ideas from it.
Some of which will make it into this blog over the coming weeks.
One was a little acronym.
HALT.
For when we’re thinking of eating.
Particularly outside of our main meals.
It’s real simple.
Stop.
Just for 5 minutes.
And ask yourself if you are any of the following;
— Hungry
— Angry
— Lonely
— Tired
That’s it.
Do what you want after the 5 minutes.
You may make exactly the same choice you would’ve made.
You might make a different one.
But, we can always HALT, can’t we?
