A month or so ago we blogged about Toni – one of our ninjas at Macc who is doing her Personal Trainer course with us.
She’d been thinking of doing it for ages.
“But had let a lack of self-confidence and nerves put her off”.
She’s also since gone to ‘Black Panther’ on our ninja system.
And we’ve ‘christened’ her ‘Toni The Tiger’ on her hoodie.
She’s done her practical assessment for her Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification the other week and passed with flying colours.
On Monday she did the Level 2 exams and I’m sure she’ll have smashed them.
She’s working on her portfolio as we speak and will be straight onto her Level 3 Personal Trainer course as soon as that’s complete.
She’s also come on board at RISE as our administrator and is doing a great job.
When she’s completed her training she’ll be starting to do some sessions at Macc which is exciting stuff 🙂
She still gets nervous.
But is getting more and more confident with time.
As I mentioned in last Wednesday’s blog (about my eldest’s Karate lesson), you only get confident by ‘doing it’.
We heard from quite a few of you after the first email about Toni about stuff you were doing.
Be great to hear how you guys are getting on.
And if anyone else is ‘feeling the fear and doing it anyway’.
Much love,
Jon ‘The Don’ Hall and Matt ‘At Centre Parcs’ Nicholson
P.S. Unless anyone wants the give Matt a different, rhyming middle name.
P.P.S. Tomorrow, we’re going to cover the lady who was in the press last week. Who apparently is overweight and need to do more exercise and eat less.
