Don’t worry, we’re not about to share something “too personal” with you.

When people first start with us they’re often surprised how simple what we recommend is.

 

Turn up for a session 3+ times a week (we’ll then show you what to do).

 

Eat balanced meals of natural foods.

 

Hydrate and sleep better.

 

Pretty much covers it to start.

 

And people often ask for me early on.

 

Because we’re conditioned to think ‘more is more’.

 

If we do more ‘stuff’ we’ll get better results.

 

You can see the logic.

 

But in practice, when there’s too much to do, eventually none (or very little) of it gets done.

 

There’s a great quote from Tim Ferris:

 

“Most teaching fails because of too much information, not too little”.

 

The basics will get you a good 80%+ of the way.

 

If applied consistently.

 

When things level off, there’s more you can do to get all the way.

 

But it’s not needed until that point.

 

If you’re not doing the basics, forget everyone else.

 

Concentrate on getting them to happen 95%+ of the time.

 

If you’ve been doing that and your progress has levelled off, let us know.
