When I was on the ‘Two small beers for £8, two and half hours sat on the runway’ plane to France the other week, I amused my self with a puzzle book.
Love a good puzzle me.
One of them was what’s called a ‘Letter Box’.
You have to arrange different groups of letters in their respective boxes on a grid to spell out a quote.
I took a picture of it but seem to have lost it (alongside some video of my eldest’s birthday party) during a computer transfer that went wrong 🙁
Anyway, it read: “There are two golden rules for an orchestra. Start together and finish together. The public don’t give a damn what goes on in between.”
It got me thinking.
Twice in one flight, I know! 😉
If there was two golden rules of health / fitness, what would they be?
I reckon they would be:
1. You’ve got to enjoy what you’re doing (or at least find it tolerable)
2. It’s got to take you in the right direction
Unfortunately, many health and fitness options out there only seem to do one of the above.
Or neither.
If what you’re doing is doing both, then that’s great.
Carry on.
If it’s not you might like to check out what we do –> myrise.co.uk/briefing-meeting.
