14 years ago, when I set up RISE, I used to get a lot of comments about the cost.

Which was fair enough – Group Personal Training was barely a thing back then.

People assumed it was a gym – and compared the price to a gym (a big Globo Gym type one at least).

As Group PT became more familiar, I heard it less and less.

But I still get it occasionally.

And every time, I think the comparison is wrong.

They compare it to somewhere else that has maybe one or two aspects of what we offer.

A normal gym is just some equipment in a room that you rent access to.

Most Slimming Clubs are the opportunity to get weighed and given some meal plans.

Classes are someone demonstrating a random workout which you try and copy.

RISE is coach led training, nutrition, accountability, coaching, support, community and more.

So comparing their prices to one of the UK’s top group PT clubs (four times Top 6 in the country innit?)…..

It’s like saying a house is too expensive…..

Because you only want one room.

If that room is all that someone wants and it gets them the results that they’re happy with, then that’s cool.

But cheap gets expensive if you’ve been paying for it for years and still aren’t getting what you wanted (if that’s you, then you can find out if RISE will change that for just £28 on our two week trial –> www.myrise.co.uk/apply)

Much love,

‘Butters’ Jon ‘Bee’ Hall

P.S. A fairer comparison (especially when it comes to results) is 1:1 PT which would be £500 or more a month for 3 Sessions a week.
