I’ve talked many times about “slowing down and speeding up as circumstance dictates”.
Not just stopping with the view to starting again at some point in the future.
Doing what we can that day and week rather than doing essentially nothing because we can’t do everything.
I thought of good analogy for this the other day.
Life is like a dimmer switch.
Up and down.
Not on and off.
Each day or week we might turn that dial with regards to our eating and physical activity.
