Don’t worry.
We’re not about to go on some crazy rampage of a massacre.
Not today anyway.
And we don’t think the zombie apocalypse is due to start this week.
We’re talking about a general thought process that you may have heard that might be holding you back.
People will often point out a certain way of eating or living and how people have ‘survived’ it.
You know – “I haven’t eaten XYZ for years and I’ve survived”.
“My Grandma did ABC her whole life and survived”.
“I know loads of people who don’t drink much water and they’ve survived”.
And so on.
All perfectly true.
There isn’t much that people are likely to do on a regular basis at will kill them immediately.
They wouldn’t do it if it did.
But we’re not in the business of helping people ‘survive’.
We want them to ‘thrive’.
We’re not interested in just keeping them alive for another day of a existence they often don’t like.
We want them to see daily improvement.
To feel better every day.
Not just about the way they look.
But energy levels, relationships, self confidence, etc.
So, if a way of eating or living is only helping you ‘survive’, but not ‘thrive’, then can we suggest it’s time for a change?
