People occasionally ask us about doing a Pay As You Go membership.

As we always explain, it’s not something we’re interested in doing.

It’s what most trainers do.

And most trainers get rubbish results for their clients and little business.

We often see them on facebook shouting about their latest ‘offer’.

“Bootcamp / Zumba / MetaFit tonight, just £5 a session”.

“Buy ten sessions get two free”

And so on.

##################################################

We’re not interested in ‘One Night Stands’.

We want to build a ‘relationship’ with our members.

It’s not just about the odd ‘quickie’ session.

It’s regular sessions.

It’s ‘wining and dining’ them – getting to know them inside out.

Helping them with their nutrition, lifestyle and adherence with personlised advice that only comes from getting to know people – not the bog standard “eat less food, do more exercise” advice you get from most.

It’s what get results.

Pay As You Go can be short term fun.

But it’s never a long term solution.

And long term, lasting body and life transformations is what we’re all about.

We don’t ask our members to marry us (we don’t do contracts, tie ins, etc), but we do want more than the occasional session from them.

If people aren’t willing to commit to trying it month by month and just want to do the occasional workout, they’re not ready to change their lives.

For those of you that remember Cheers, the TV Programme (basically, if your my age or over it seems) check this video of our members out.

Much love,
