During Sessions I often ask members various questions. And I’m often saddened by the answers that I get. I’ll ask what they’re “looking forward to” and they can’t think of anything. “What’s been going well this week” and they’re stumped. Or I’ll ask if they’ve “had a good day?” At best they’ll shrug. If I delve any deeper with what’s been happening in their day, most things have gone fine. If I ask what their definition of a good day is, it usually sounds more like a ‘perfect day’. They’d have done everything on their list. Everyone would have behaved exactly how they wanted. The weather would have had to have been great. Everything would have felt easy. Again, perfect day! If your standard for a good day is perfection… You’ll rarely have good days. Most of your day probably goes fine. Notice the good stuff you usually ignore. Set a couple of simple intentions for the day. Then actually tick them off and give yourself credit. That’s how you actually get more ‘good days’.
Much love,

P.S. More energy, better mood and a body we like the look and feel of more really helps with more good days too. Apply for our four week trial at www.myrise.co.uk/apply to find out more about that.
