I’m sure we’ve all heard (and probably used) phrases like the following before;

“I’m being good at the minute”

“I’ve been a bit naughty”

“I’m trying to be healthy”

“I’m on a diet”

All of those show a variation from what we define as ‘normal’ eating.

But what if we changed that definition of ‘normal’ eating?

What if normal eating was just feeding feeding ourselves the appropriate amount?

Just giving our body the nourishment it needs to look and feel as we’d like it to.

What if anything else was just;

– Eating more than we needed

– Inappropriate portion sizes

– Creating extra body fat

– Making us look and feel worse

It’s your call what you define is ‘normal eating’ as, of course.

But knowing that there’s a different way to define it (that is probably how many who are achieving the results that we’d like choose to define it)……….

Might help us question if we’re defining it in a way that serves us best.

Much love,

Jon ‘Marianne and Connell’ Hall

P.S. Changing mindsets and how we approach things is way more likely to success than just doing the same old and telling ourselves “I know what I need to do, I just need to do it” for the ten thousandth time. www.myrise.co.uk/apply for proven support in doing that!
