After over 14 years of running RISE I’ve heard a lot of reasons that people give for not joining or for stopping.

The funny thing is though – in most cases the reason for not doing it is actually a great reason to do it.

*Too busy / time*

Turn up, someone tells you what to do, get it done makes more sense than having to do it all ourselves.

And support and accountability about the lifestyle changes we can make that take little to no time is much better than another long list of things to do that we still don’t have time for.

*Injuries*

Having a coach with you in every Session to help adjust exercises, weights, etc makes much more sense than going it alone if we have injuries (or are concerned about getting them).

*Money*

I get we have finite budgets and often need to make adjustments to expenditure.

But most people who come to us have spent many years spending a little less on normal gyms and the like.

Without getting where they wanted.

If cheaper hasn’t worked repeatedly, having less money to waste can be a reason to think differently about what you’re paying for.

When we’re thinking about a reason not to be a member at RISE…………..

It’s worth considering if that’s actually a reason to be a member at RISE.

Much love,

P.S. If you’re telling yourself it’s not the right fit – it might just be the right fit for that very reason! —> www.myrise.co.uk/apply
